H2H Training is a Nottingham-based training provider founded by Graham Hepburn and Rachel Hawkins, delivering practical First Aid and Mental Health First Aid training for businesses, organisations and individuals.
We don't believe effective training should simply be about completing a course. It's about giving people the confidence to recognise a situation, know what to do and take action when it matters.
From creating safer workplaces to helping individuals develop skills for life, our courses are designed to be engaging, practical and relevant to the real world.
